During the pre-Trial some jurors were dismissed due to prejudice and the Judge said the Prosecution cannot refer to the “looters and rioters as victims”.
What followed was day one of the trial, when another one of the prosecution witnesses Dominick Black. Proved in his own testimony the level of restraint him and Rittenhouse had prior to the events of Kyle Rittenhouse assault and subsequent self-defense. In which ADA Binger referenced how rioters threw “rocks and gas bombs” at Rittenhouse and Black. Dominick stated, “I did not feel my life was threatened”. The Prosecution not the defense has proved beyond a shadow of a doubt of Kyle Rittenhouse’s innocence with regards to murder charges and gun restriction violations. Kyle Rittenhouse was seen asking people if they needed medical, extinguishing a dumpster fire by a gas station, and only shooting people who are a direct threat to his life.
Day 3 of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial was by far the funniest. A day that shall live infamy for one unlikely reason. The Prosecutions own witnesses added evidence to Kyle Rittenhouse’s case. Under oath in a court of law Richard McGinnis was questioned by ADA Binger about video evidence regarding Rosenbaum lunging towards Rittenhouse trying to steal his gun. McGinnis stated multiple times and with repeated questioning by the prosecution that Rosenbaum was “Lunging Towards Rittenhouse.
