On Day 9 of the Kyle Rittenhouse Trial. The Defense rested their case, and the jury instructions was argued.
On day 10 of the Kyle Rittenhouse Trial. The state provided their closing argument, Claiming Provocation. Or Kyle Rittenhouse was the instigator in the shootings of Rosenbaum, Gaige Grosskreutz, and Huber. Despite ADA Binger and ADA Kraus never bringing up Provocation prior to this.
The Judge dismissed the Gun Charge against Kyle Rittenhouse based on the fact that he followed Wisconsin state law and well within his rights with his legal firearm.
Day 11 was the first day of Jury Deliberation. However, they did not reach a verdict on this day.
Jury deliberation is set to begin again at 9:00am Wednesday.
