The trial of Kyle Rittenhouse is nearing its end with even more Blunders from the prosecution.
Starting with day 5 in which yet another witness of the prosecution proved that Kyle Rittenhouse acted in self-defense. Gaige Grosskreutz like Rosenbaum and McGinnis added evidence to the Defense’s case. Grosskreutz testified under oath that he had pointed a “Glock at Rittenhouse” and lied to police officers about it. Video evidence proved that Grosskreutz was only fired upon by Kyle Rittenhouse once Grosskreutz had his gun aimed at Rittenhouse.
Day 6 of the Trial was an equally bad day for the prosecution as the State’s own Autopsy expert testified under oath that Kyle Rittenhouse engaged in self defense and Kyle Rittenhouse’s Curfew Violation was dropped by the judge. The Defense also provided their Key Witnesses that day.
Nicholas Smith who testimony was essential as he was tasked with defending the Car source Property as was the same with Kyle Rittenhouse. In his testimony he stated that the owners of the property asked and were thankful of the help of him and Rittenhouse.
Joann Fiedler was another such Witness Identical to Smith who gave additional Testimony about Joseph Rosenbaum and his “Gas Bomb” Incident. Mysteriously the prosecution tried to make the claim that Rosenbaum was 5 foot 3 inches tall and therefore posed no danger to anybody. Which went about as well as everything else for the prosecution so far. She also testified that Protesters outside the Property getting increasingly angry and strident with her when she refused to do the Red Salute and chant “Black Power”.
Day’s 1-6 so far have been pretty bad for the prosecution. However, day 7 was by far the worst day for the prosecution. During ADA Binger’s cross examination of Kyle Rittenhouse the Judge had to step in and berate the Prosecution over “basic law”.
